How many bottles, mixers and bags of ice?

Set the guest count, the number of servings you want available and your menu mix. We turn it into a shopping estimate—not a drinking target.

Your stocking assumptions

The remaining alcoholic share is treated as beer/cider. If spirit + wine exceeds 100%, beer is set to zero.

A stock estimate is not a drinking target. Provide water, food and appealing alcohol-free options; nobody needs to finish what is purchased.

Build a smaller menu

Two cocktails sharing a base spirit and mixer are easier to stock than six unrelated recipes. Add one good alcohol-free serve using the same garnishes.

Measure every pour

Bottle estimates only work when the measure is consistent. Use a jigger and label batches clearly; keep water visible and never pressure guests to drink.

Next: choose bottles for the menu or generate cocktails from what you own.
