The journal is the other half of the site. We write for UK kitchens — supermarket bottles, proper ratios, and the difference between Angostura and orange bitters — not for a generic "entertaining season" that could sit on any drinks blog.

Articles are maintained by The Cocktail Pub editorial desk. We compare verifiable bottle information and established recipe references. We do not claim first-hand tasting or professional credentials that we cannot substantiate.
